Prepare the files

Open the files place them a batch folder, and upload them. Most of the stock agencies offers an upload platform, but we would recommend to use an ftp uploader like Filezilla.

Download and open QuantumFolio

Go to the open home page and download the software. The light version is free covers the POND5 format

Enter the file information

• Type the filename and don’t forget the format extension
• Enter the title, description and the keywords
• Select the agency format in the dropdown menu

• Select the destination of the CSV file

• Click on “Get the CSV”

Done, congratulations, your CSV is ready under the POND5 Format
